The Quartz Investment Committee is responsible for the governance of its investments. This includes:

Approval of Quartz Wealth portfolios
Monitoring the performance of the Quartz Wealth portfolios
Fund manager selection and monitoring
Custodian selection and monitoring
Ensuring compliance with New Zealand investment regulations and standards
